How We Use AI

The Standard™ was built from twelve industries, sixty-plus enterprise operating-system launches, and thirty years of watching businesses fail or stall for the same predictable reasons. It was not generated. Every domain, Essential Element, gate, and rubric in this framework is the author's original work.

How AI is used

AI tools — primarily Anthropic's Claude — are used in the production of written material: research, structural drafting, editing, and document build. Source material, judgment, argument, and voice are the author's. Nothing publishes without human review.

What AI is never used for

Standard Score™ results, Evidence Pack review, Essential Element gate decisions, and certification outcomes are rendered by human judgment. No assessment result or certification decision is generated, scored, or approved by an AI system.
