Forty seats. First public workshop. It won’t run this small again.
Why this room exists

You’ve read the books.
Nothing changed.

Not because you didn’t understand them. Because no book hands you a standard — a definition of what “built right” means for your business, measured against your actual numbers, with the order of operations attached.

That’s what these two days are. You bring the business. We bring the instrument, the diagnosis, and the sequence. You leave knowing what’s actually wrong and what to fix first.

What you leave with

Nothing to write up afterward.
It’s done in the room.

Your Standard Score

All eleven domains scored live — not homework you skip, not a PDF emailed later. You watch the number appear and we interpret it with you in the room.

Your four root causes, ranked

Which of the four are open in your business, scaled so they compare fairly, and which one is generating the most of what you’re living with.

Your eleven domains mapped

Root causes explain the pattern. Domains are the levers you can actually pull. You’ll see exactly which ones to open first.

Your Cash Floor number

Not “three to six months.” Your number, sized to your volatility, fixed costs, and season — because the floor is what buys you the room to change anything else.

Your first 90 days, in writing

The order of operations, dated, with owners. You leave with the page filled in, not a promise to fill it in later.

The Standard Workbook

Yours to keep. Every exercise, every worksheet, and the diagnostic you can re-run on your own each quarter.

The two days

Day one you find it.
Day two you sequence it.

Day One · October 6
Diagnosis
  • The four root causes — and why none of them is you
  • Score your business live, all eleven domains
  • Read your score twice: by cause, then by domain
  • The Cash Floor exercise — your number, not a benchmark
  • Small-group work with an architect in the room
Day Two · October 7
Sequence
  • What order to fix things in — and why order decides outcome
  • The domain you open first, and the one you leave alone
  • Founder dependency: what the four add up to
  • Write your first 90 days — dated, owned, on paper
  • Where this goes next: sell it, scale it, step back, keep it

What this workshop is not: it isn’t installation. Two days can’t install a standard into a business, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you a weekend. This is recognition and diagnosis done properly — so that whatever you do next, you’re doing the right thing first.

Who’s in the room

Forty founders.
Small groups. One architect each.

You’re not watching a keynote. Most of the two days is spent on your own business, in a group of eight, with an architect working the room. The instrument is the same for everyone. What comes out of it is yours alone.

Josh Aragon working a room during a live session, pointing across the table mid-discussion.
Small groups, working the room. Most of the two days is spent on your business, not on a slide.

You’ve probably been burned before. We know what you’d say about the last one — he told me what I already knew, we spent six months on mindset, nothing actually changed.

Nobody delivers The Standard who hasn’t owned a business.

Not as a credential — as a requirement. Someone who has never made payroll out of their own account, never watched a quarter go sideways, never had to let go of something they built by hand, cannot understand what they’re asking you to do. That credibility can’t be trained. It has to be lived.

Bring Your Team

Two days of an architect’s time, your business scored live, and your first ninety days written before you leave the room. We don’t run this cheaper by making it shorter or the room bigger.

The guarantee: if you leave day one without a clear picture of what’s actually wrong in your business, tell us before day two starts and we’ll refund you in full.

Is this you

This room is for you if…

1
You have a real business — revenue, a team, clients — and it still can’t run without you.
2
The problems you fixed last year came back this year wearing different clothes.
3
You’ve read the books and hired the help, and the needle hasn’t moved.
4
You don’t need more ideas. You need to know which one to do first.
5
You want the option to sell it, scale it, or step back — and right now you don’t have one.

It’s not for you if you’re looking for someone to install it for you over two days. That isn’t what two days can do, and we won’t pretend otherwise.

How it works

Three steps.

1

Reserve your seat

Forty seats, first come. You’ll get your confirmation and the pre-work immediately.

2

Book your room

Airport-adjacent Denver hotel, announced in August with a room block rate for attendees.

3

Bring your numbers

Last twelve months of revenue and expenses. That’s it. Everything else happens in the room.

Two days.
Then you’ll know.

October 6–7 in Denver. Forty founders. You leave with your score, your root causes, and your first ninety days written down.
